Studio Visit: Cambie Design
I don’t often enter giveaways but when I do I tend to win them 9 times out of 10. I guess I only enter the ones I really want. So I was beyond thrilled when I got word from Camille at Cambie Design that I had won their most recent contest.Camille invited me to pick out my prize, a Peruvian alpaca blanket what she exclusively imports, at her studio in the heart of Parkdale. I took the opportunity to snap some pictures while I was there and subjected Camille to a Q & A.
I had a very hard time picking out my blanket. I wanted them all. Not only was there the choice of colour, but there are subtle differences in the patterns. I settled on a black and white diamond. I’d just moved into a new space and plan to keep it simple, and graphic, so this was perfect.
